Welcome to Module 2 of the 40 Under 40 Challenge!
Today’s module focuses on the theme of Employee Participation and Communication. We will be hearing from our Featured Speaker Ms. Denise Knowles, who is the Senior Manager of Human Capital at PWC Bahamas. Ms. Knowles works closely with key stakeholders throughout The Bahamas, the Caribbean, and the global network, leading all aspects of the people initiatives within her accounting firm. Denise will discuss with us how employee participation and communication improves business performance, encourages greater employee engagement, and also allows HR to more strategic in its approach.
