Welcome to Module 8 of the 40 Under 40 Challenge!

Today’s module focuses on the theme of Recruitment and Selection. We will be hearing from our Featured Speaker Mr. Andrew Scales. Andrew is the Managing Director of Scales and Associates, a leading recruitment and staffing management partner in London, United Kingdom, that supports the growth and development of organizations in The Bahamas and The Caribbean region. Mr. Scales had completed the recruitment, screening and placement of thousands of senior-level and executive-level positions in The Caribbean, and he is regarded internationally as an expert in the area of Recruitment. Andrew will discuss with us the importance of effective recruitment strategies and how organizations can use this process to improve productivity, streamline costs and boost engagement.
