Course Overview

Welcome to Module 12 of the 40 Under 40 Challenge!

Today’s module focuses on the theme of Health and Safety. We will be hearing from our Featured Speaker Mr. Marcus Francis, the Lead Consultant at Salus Consulting, which was started to provide Environmental Health and Safety Services to various sectors, including Water, Oil and Gas, Education, and Entertainment. Mr. Francis works closely with key Executives, Middle Management, and non-management stakeholders to design internationally compliant and innovative employee safety programs that prioritize employee safety on the job and reduce avoidable liabilities for stakeholders and companies. Marcus will discuss with us the importance of building a robust employee health and safety program and cultivating a safety-first work culture that rewards long-term benefits.
