Course Overview

Welcome to Module 12 of the 40 Under 40 Challenge!

Today’s module focuses on the theme of Function Evaluation. We will be hearing from our Featured Speaker Mrs. Rhonda Richardson Chase, Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at The University of The Bahamas. Mrs. Chase, who has more than 20 years of experience working in Human Resources has an extensive background in HR systems and analytics and has led successful programs in both the public and private sectors that focused on collecting and utilizing data to drive business success. Rhonda will discuss with us the importance of function evaluation in collecting data, and how to use that data to inform the decisions made regarding employees, job roles, and overall business needs.
