Welcome to Module 5 of the 40 Under 40 Challenge!

Today’s module focuses on the theme of Training and Development. We will be hearing from our Featured Speaker Ms. D’Adra Smith, who is the Senior Manager of Training and Organizational Development at Commonwealth Bank Ltd. Ms. Smith works closely with key Executive, Management and non-management stakeholders across Commonwealth Bank, to design cutting-edge and innovative training programs that encourage long-lasting behavioural change. D’Adra will discuss with us how effectively designed training programs improve business performance, encourages greater employee engagement, and allows HR to drive more strategic value throughout the organization.

  1. Truly inspiring. Getting your foot in and becoming apart of the organization is so helpful as you transition into HR or T&D. It’s all about strategy. This is beneficial for both employees and the business.
