Welcome to Module 4 of the 40 Under 40 Challenge!

Today’s module focuses on the theme of Succession Planning and Career Pathing. We will be hearing from our Featured Speaker Mrs. Kimberley Frazier. Kim Frazier is the Head of Human Resources, Talent and Development at AML Foods Limited. Mrs. Frazier works closely with key stakeholders across her organization to design succession planning and career pathing initiatives to proper their company into the future. Kim will discuss with us how proactive succession and career pathing improves business performance, and allows organizations to be more strategic and intentional with staff development and engagement.
