I absolutely love @Krystle Duncombe recall of “it’s NOT about efforts, it’s about results”. Brutal yet real reminder that it is important to operate with a strategic mindset because you have to know before hand all (or as much as possible) the facets involved in the complete execution of something before getting started otherwise, you can burn out half way through the process and all the planning, efforts and hard work would be in vain if it never comes to light.
@ Summer McCartney, your reminder of “remaining curious” is paramount to our growth and constant evolution as HR professionals and we must remain intentional in that pursuit; knowledge is power!
