1. In Person Training Sessions: Currently, training sessions are conducted via zoom which allows for other distractions. On site sessions (in person) should be an option to allow for interaction, feedback, role-playing and a more engaging learning environment.
2. Spacing: The training sessions are conducted in succession leaving only a few minutes to log-on to another meeting. Trainings should be at least 2 days allowing for a more effective method of retaining and reinforcing the information instead of cramming as much as possible into 8 hours.
