One of the processes that can certainly be optimized at my organization is the Performance Management/Appraisal process. Although the process is already digital, HR administrators can continue to optimize this process by reviewing and refining existing competencies and SOPs that team members are currently being measured against. By auditing our existing core competencies and conducting research in the marketplace and across the wider industry, we can ensure that we are measuring for essential competencies that help team members think strategically and develop that business acumen that will aid in their professional development down the road.
