Welcome to Module 13 of the 40 Under 40 Challenge!

Today’s module focuses on the theme of Human Resources Administration. We will be hearing from our Featured Speaker Ms. Simmone Bowe. Ms. Bowe is an executive-level leader at Doctors Hospital who is re-engineering, optimizing and automating several strategic human resources processes to drive incremental value to business stakeholders across the health system. Simmone will discuss with us the importance of effective HR administrative strategies and how organizations can use these processes to improve productivity, streamline costs and boost overall engagement across the organization.

Course Learning Objectives
During this module, the following course objectives will be addressed:
