One of the ways that I can streamline and optimize at my organization is becoming digital, especially when it comes to our performance evaluation. The steps I planned to take is using Simone’s tip which was having a selling point and getting them to buy in. By sharing the advantages of a more digital friendly and cost effective system.
One strategy that particularly resonated with me involves consistently demonstrating curiosity within one’s organization. Often times, individuals may refrain from posing crucial questions out of fear or a perceived lack of confidence. I appreciate the insight shared by Mr. Duncombe, emphasizing the importance of owning our expertise. It is imperative that we continuously strive to motivate ourselves and steer clear of self-sabotage. Cultivating curiosity not only fosters opportunities for meaningful discussions but also promotes open-mindedness. By prioritizing curiosity and keeping the end goal in sight, we harness a powerful force that propels us toward achieving our objectives.
